My name is Asal Ravanbood and I am a self taught contemporary abstract expressionist artist. My work explores contrasts, intuition, and emotions that cannot always be expressed in words. After 22 years as a hairstylist, I’ve developed a sharp eye for detail, balance, and expression skills that now shape my artistic process. I began painting four years ago, and my ambition is to create art that moves, raises questions, and allows every viewer to find a part of their own story within my work.
