My name is Björg Helene Eggen – I am a visual artist and poet based in Sweden. My work combines ink drawings from my personal diary with short, emotionally charged texts. Together, they form fragmented narratives exploring identity, vulnerability, and the politics of being human. With roots in both visual storytelling and language, I use my art to surface what often remains hidden – the pain behind beauty, the silence beneath surface, and the small truths we carry inside. Each piece is an intimate confrontation, a soft resistance.
