"We met for a moment. Maybe that was enough. Two wings touched the same branch – then we flew in different directions. Sometimes, that’s just how life happens." This poetic painting was inspired by the quiet beauty and fragility of brief encounters — moments that feel eternal yet pass too quickly. The two birds symbolize souls meeting for a fleeting instant before continuing on separate paths. I wanted to capture the tenderness and bittersweetness of such moments using soft colors and subtle symbolism. The work is painted in oils on a square-format canvas, with gentle brushstrokes that create a sense of lightness and stillness. It is part of my “Swedish” collection, where birds, nature, and silence play central roles. I hope viewers feel a quiet emotional resonance — a mix of longing, love, and acceptance — as they contemplate their own moments of connection and parting. The painting comes ready to hang, with edges painted and no need for framing. High-quality, professional-grade oil paints were used to ensure richness of color and longevity.

The painting weighs approximately 1.3 kg including protective packaging. It will be carefully wrapped and shipped with tracking from Sweden. Shipping is included in the price. Delivery is available internationally.

Sweden

I am a Swedish artist with an international background – born in Ukraine and now based in Sweden. I primarily work in oil and combine elements of realism, symbolism, expressionism, and semi-abstraction. My art is often inspired by nature, Nordic calm, childhood memories, and archetypal imagery. I have exhibited internationally, including at Art Expo New York, ArtFire Paris, and the Target Prize in Madrid. My works are characterized by a nuanced color palette, emotional depth, and a poetic atmosphere.
