Artist Susanne Arvidsson Creating is more than just a passion for me – it’s a lifestyle and a path to well-being. I started painting at the age of 13, inspired by a teacher who recognized my talent and encouraged me to continue. When I had mastered all the techniques she could teach me, I realized that creating art was something I wanted to dedicate my life to. Since then, art has become my profession, my everyday life, and my greatest joy. I have always drawn inspiration from nature. The colors, shapes, and the sense of tranquility that nature provides are reflected in my paintings. But living as an artist is also hard work. It’s not just about being skilled at painting; I had to learn everything about marketing, sales, and how to build my own brand. Without these skills, I wouldn’t have been able to work as a full-time artist. I take pride in having built my business from the ground up and in having the opportunity to both create and inspire others. My workday is anything but traditional, and that’s exactly how I want it. As a night owl, I often work late into the evening, whether it’s in front of the computer or in my studio. The freedom to create on my own terms is something I am endlessly grateful for, and every day I feel immense joy in doing what I love the most.
