IN BALANCE is an intuitive abstract landscape where forest, water, moonlight and inner movement exist in harmony. The painting opens through a living forest, where deep greens, earthy tones and luminous details create a sense of nature as something alive, protective and full of hidden presence. Behind the forest, water reflects the warmth of a sunset, allowing light to exist both above and below, in the sky and on the surface of the earth. At the centre of the work, a crescent moon appears as a symbol of beginning, intuition and inner becoming. Above it, a golden zigzag movement rises upward like a flash of awareness, a path of will, strength and the choices we make throughout life. At the top of the painting, a full moon appears within a soft field of light. It can be seen as Source, a point of wholeness and connection, present within the cycles of life. Together, the crescent moon and the full moon create a quiet dialogue between beginning and completion, darkness and light, stillness and movement. Across the surface, small white and golden marks appear like flowers, seeds, stars or fragments of light, giving the work a feeling of vibration and presence. Vertical lines descend from above like light, rain or energy moving through the landscape. IN BALANCE reflects the many cycles we live through: day and night, seasons, months, years, new moon and full moon. It is a painting about balance as something living, something we create again and again through presence, awareness and the choices we make in life.
