About
I am a contemporary painter based in Sweden, specializing in vibrant fine art oil paintings. My work explores themes of hope, emotional resilience, and positivity through rich color and intentional layering.
I believe art should serve as a source of strength and light in everyday life, and I design each piece to bring an uplifting, grounding presence to the space it inhabits.
Every day I choose to paint positive because I know too well how dark sometimes it can be. Art lifts me up and I want to do the same for others through my creations.
My original paintings have been exhibited in Stockholm and are part of private collections across Europe.

Inspiration
My primary source of inspiration is people, especially women. As a woman, I am drawn to our shared resilience, complexity, and quiet strength. In my paintings, I seek to translate genuine human emotions, vulnerability, and character traits into vivid color and texture. Alongside human connection, I am deeply inspired by nature—its effortless beauty, raw power, and constant renewal continually shape the energy and movement in my work.
My primary fine art training comes from the Mastery Program at the Milan Art Institute, an intensive professional curriculum focused on classical oil techniques, dynamic mixed media, and professional artistic practice. In addition to my foundational training at the institute, I have completed formal coursework within the Swedish educational system, including foundational visual arts studies (Bild 1, 2, and 3) and digital graphic design (Grafisk Illustration 1 and 2).
I am currently developing a new 10-piece series titled The Way To Freedom, which explores the emotional and transformative journey toward inner liberation and peace. I am actively seeking the right exhibition space to debut this body of work.
In the coming months, I will be participating in the Konstrunda Hässelby-Vällingby art walk in October, followed by a solo exhibition in November featured during a charity event organized by the Indian Institute Sewa.
My primary medium is oil paint, complemented by mixed-media elements such as acrylics, pastels, and ink. I build each canvas through a layered technique, using mixed media to create bold undertextures and movement, and finishing with oil paint for richness, depth, and vivid color harmony.
Every painting begins with a spontaneous idea that I develop through careful visual research. Using personal photographs and curated reference images, I design a digital collage in Photoshop to establish the composition and color harmony.
From there, I work straight onto the canvas—either sketching with pencil or using subtractive painting techniques. The painting remains dynamic throughout execution; I frequently adjust colors as the layers build to achieve the right balance and feeling.
