I am 59 years and living together with my wife and dog in a house southeast of Stockholm.
I have been painting my whole life but stated doing it more professionally 6 years ago when I quit my job as a purchasing manager.
Except painting am I doing a lots of sports like Tennis, climbing, windsurfing and skiing.
ON FIRE
Inspiration
My main inspiration has been painting beautiful Stockholm and its archipelago.
Lately have started to do some portrait as well.
In my paintings I try to capture a feeling of light, colour and air.
Autodidact
I have an exhibition right now at Ängby Slott in Bromma.
Mainly oil painting but now and then some charcoal as well.
Usually I go out and take pictures as a reference foto and with that as a base will I start the painting process in my studio.
It happens that I do some a la prima work but most of the times it is done in the studio.
