I am a member of the Swedish Artists’ Association and currently showcases my work at my website on konst.se and at the Strängnäs Art Gallery at various exhibitions . With a lifelong dedication to creativity, I have explored various mediums throughout my artistic journey. My skills encompass pencil, charcoal, and ink illustrations, watercolor painting, as well as clay sculpting, demonstrating my versatility and passion for art. Additionally, I have engaged in the intricate craft of creating black and white silhouette motifs by meticulously cutting out shapes with a scalpel. Recent years, I have made a significant transition to acrylic painting, which has unveiled a new realm of possibilities. This medium offers me the chance to experiment boldly with color and texture, allowing my artistic expression to flourish in exciting and innovative ways.

Inspiration
I draw inspiration primarily from nature by looking at color, shape, and different kinds of wildlife. Everything inspires me - sky, vegetation, wildlife. Inspiration is everywhere around me and I try my hand at different techniques.

I paint what comes to me - what wants to become a painting on the canvas simply. Most often an idea comes suddenly and sticks in my head until I get it out on the canvas. Sometimes I have a plan for my painting but the paint and canvas want something completely different! Incredibly exciting process to paint! My art shows joy and/or some kind of peace in some form either through soft shapes or strong colors. I feel good when I paint and this is reflected in my paintings! I only paint when I feel good, which I often do, and then the hours in the studio disappear quickly.
