About
The artist has been immersed in the world of watercolours for most of their life, but it was not until 2022 that they truly reignited their passion for artistic expression. During that pivotal year, the artist encountered an occupational therapist who facilitated painting sessions tailored for individuals in various stages of rehabilitation. At that time, the artist was grappling with burnout and on sick leave, seeking a means of creative outlet. It was within this supportive environment that they were introduced to acrylic painting for the very first time, an experience that captivated their imagination and sparked a newfound enthusiasm for the medium.
Since embracing acrylics, the artist has continued to explore and expand their creative abilities, perceiving art as a vital component of their healing journey. Each time they engage with their canvas, they find a brief respite from the challenges of reality, allowing their thoughts and emotions to flow freely through their work. Their artistic practice not only showcases their evolving skills but also serves as a testament to the transformative power of creativity in overcoming personal struggles.

Inspiration
The artist draws profound inspiration from themes that highlight the critical interplay of light, which serves as a central character in their visual narratives. This interplay not only enhances the aesthetic quality of the artwork but also adds an extraordinary depth, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves fully in the scene. Each brushstroke is a reflection of the artist's emotional landscape, capturing fleeting moments of inspiration that arise spontaneously. Whether it is the captivating allure of abstract forms, the intricate elegance of still lifes, or the serene beauty of landscapes, the artist expresses a compelling connection to what resonates in the moment. This fluidity allows for a vibrant exploration of color and form, all while emphasizing the magical, transformative power of light. Each piece becomes a unique testament to the artist's engagement with the world around them, celebrating both the spontaneity of inspiration and the structured beauty of illuminated forms.
