About
I’m a self-taught Swedish artist based in Stockholm. I have a background in graphic design and photography which has given me a strong foundation in composition and visual storytelling and has taught me to notice the small things — lines, textures, contrasts.
I’m drawn to abstract art and often begin without a plan—letting colors, texture, and emotion lead the way. I tend to gravitate toward darker tones, often incorporating coffee or sand to add depth and texture. I like when things feel a bit “gritty”—it shouldn’t be too perfect. For me, creating art is a way to find presence and stillness. I don’t strive for perfection, quite the opposite. I don’t want to overthink, I work fast and simply follow my intuition and emotions.
Beyond the Horizon
Inspiration
I’m inspired by nature and the shapes of everyday things – from the patterns and colors of tree bark to graffiti, wall doodles, and the details of a rusty piece of metal. I’m drawn to contrasts: the rough, slightly worn-down feel of urban environments, the vast sea and horizon of the archipelago, and the deep, dark forests of my childhood in northern Sweden.
