About
I grew up in Örnsköldsvik, where the meeting of coast, mountains, and forest awakened my early sensitivity to the presence and contrasts of nature. After several years in Linköping, I am now based in Gothenburg—once again by the sea, which has always felt like home.
My design and artistic practice is abstract, primarily explored through acrylic and mixed media. In my work, I give form to the unseen—emotions, ideas, and states of mind—expressed through color, structure, and line. My inspiration is drawn from the power, rhythm, and constant transformation of nature.
My process is intuitive and exploratory, seeking a balance between movement and stillness, freedom and structure. I allow each painting to evolve at its own pace, where flow and spontaneity interact with composition and form. Letting go of control and allowing the process to lead the way is a central part of my practice—a continuous source of depth and development.
