I am a Swedish artist working intuitively with painting as a way to explore emotion, stillness and inner landscapes.
My art grows from a deep longing for calm, beauty and connection in a fast-moving world. Through soft forms, layered colors and dreamlike atmospheres, I aim to create spaces where the viewer can pause, breathe and simply feel.
Each artwork is a quiet conversation between intuition, memory and nature.

Inspiration
My biggest source of inspiration is nature. I live in beautiful Tyresö, where the forest, the sea and nature are always close by. Here I see the changing seasons, how the light changes and how the flowers bloom and wither – a constant reminder of the cycles of life. Perhaps that is why flowers often recur in my paintings. They symbolize both strength and fragility, a quiet beauty that carries so much more than what first meets the eye.
In some of my works, the flowers are soft and dreamy, almost floating, while in others they feel powerful and expressive – as if they carry a story waiting to be discovered. I am fascinated by the contrasts in nature and try to capture them in my paintings; light and shadow, stillness and movement, the fragile and the strong.

I am continuously developing new series of paintings that explore stillness, memory and emotional depth. I primarily work with acrylics, mixed media and oil on canvas, often building my paintings in many thin, translucent layers. This technique allows light, depth and movement to emerge naturally in each piece. Texture plays an important role in my work, as it adds both visual and tactile dimension to the surface. My approach is intuitive rather than strictly controlled, allowing the painting to guide the process.
Each painting begins without a fixed plan. I start with color, movement and atmosphere, allowing the first layers to emerge freely. From there, I respond intuitively to what unfolds on the canvas, adding, softening, removing and refining until the artwork finds its own balance and voice. The process is meditative and slow, guided by feeling rather than logic. I work patiently, often returning to a piece many times, allowing it to mature naturally over time.
For me, art is not just about the visual – it is about the feeling. I want my paintings to touch, arouse curiosity and create a personal experience in the person who looks at them. Maybe you see something new every time you look at a painting? Maybe it awakens a special feeling or memory in you?
That's what makes painting so amazing – it's a silent conversation between the artist and the viewer, where interpretation is open and free.
