Leklundart: Linda Eklund , born in 1984 is a swedish artist who paints humans and animals in acryl and oil. Abstract figurative. She plays with emotions and her works often leaves the observers with a lot of thoughts.
She is fascinated by details and patterns. Music is an important ingredience in her art. She is often inspired by music that sets the tone in the paintings. Art comes in many forms.
Art has been her mother tounge since her childhood. She needed art as a tool to deal with grief and missing.
She has been presented in many galleries in Sweden, Spain and Italy.
She likes to participate in different art groups with other artists. They fix exhibitions and different art projects together. Being an artist can be lonely and therefore she thinks its fun and rewarding to be creative with others.
She recently started Gallery Eklund Art with her husband Tobias. It is placed in Vagnhärad, Trosa, 6 miles south of Stockholm.
