About
Behind each brushstroke lies a journey, one that began as a hobby and transformed into a deeply personal expression of life’s complexities. I’ve always dabbled in arts and crafts, but in early 2020, after losing both my parents, everything changed. My casual relationship with art turned into a daily practice, something far more significant. Painting became my sanctuary, a place where emotions could be understood, released, and transformed.
For me, art is more than creating, it’s therapy, meditation, a way to find inner balance. Every piece I create speaks to the healing power of art. My work is a reflection of the contrasts in my life, depth and lightness, spirituality and humor.
When I paint, three distinct influences guide my hand. The first is a love for the playful, vibrant world of cartoons. Their bold lines and bright colors shaped my visual language from an early age, and that imprint remains strong today. The second influence is my fascination with myths and philosophy. These stories and ideas fuel my curiosity and, with a background in philosophy and psychology, I often explore them through symbolism in my work. And finally, there’s nature. Growing up in the forests of northern Sweden, surrounded by towering trees and vast landscapes, has left a deep impression on me.

The magic of life and dreams
I’m autodidact as far as painting is concerned.
I’m playing, need I say more?…..
Usually a painting starts with a feeling, expression and then color for me. But I wrestle hard with my will to express something that I don’t quite reach.
I’m like an onion, peeling layer after layer…..
