I am a 24 year old artist from Gothenburg, sweden. I have always painted but I found my passion for oil paint and palette knives quickly in 2020. As a child I payed many visits to museums which ignited a spark of inspiration and ambition for painting. During my teens I believed this spark was dead but I was wrong. After some turbulent years of my teens and many trips to strange corners in the world I had a lot to express. Since 2020 I’ve been selling artworks worldwide to those who appreciates my work.

Inspiration
I’m inspired by the way I see people and how I lived my life dealing with tough times. When I paint I relive old wounds and inflicted pain to others which is truly addicting. The faces I create act as my judge and they know what I deserve. They see me for what I am and it makes me euphoric, ashamed and tired.

I work with thick strokes of oilpaint on stretched canvas with a palette knife. This creates a violent, raw and spontaneous expression which allows me to create at a fast pace and to feel the heat of the moment. This can also be a captivating performance which is why I’ve done livepaintings.
I never plan ahead when I paint. Since I always feel like I am out of paint I grab whatever is left and work from there. This gets me into a spontaneous state and all I know is that I want thick colors, high contrast and eyes piercing me with its gaze.
